Probably one of the hardest things about doing mission work is raising and maintaining financial support. To all those who have supported my mission work over the past two years, let me say "Thank You!"
When Paul was thanking the church at Phillipi for their support of him and his worldwide mission efforts, he made this statement:
Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that increases to your credit. Philippians 4:17 ESV
The Good News Bible renders that verse as follows:
It is not that I just want to receive gifts; rather, I want to see profit added to your account. Philippians 4:17 GNB
I'm pretty sure Paul was saying to the Philippians that by their giving to his mission efforts, they were in actuality participating with that mission outreach and laying up treasures in heaven.
I've said all that to say this... the eight baptisms, the rededicated lives, the restored members, and the Cross being preached worldwide through Restoration Radio over the past two years - you are a part of. These are fruits to your credit - the results of your evangelistic efforts via supporting my work. Heaven is watching... and taking notes.
Again, thank you for your support and it is my prayer that you realize how enmeshed you are to the preaching of the Cross in Marsh Harbour and around the world.
